Delivery Customers

Delivery Customers are defined as customers who receive any combination of services from Rep Express Catering and Events which are provided 100% through the delivery method. There is no restriction on the amount of deliveries provided, nor the number of individuals served or types of service items purchased. The only restriction for being categorized as a Delivery Customer is to receive 100% of your service item(s) delivered to a location(s) of your choosing off-site from any Rep Express Catering & Events operated venues. Service purchases do not expire and cannot be transferred to any other E-Tip customer. E-Tip rewards cannot be used in combination with any other discount, offer, or incentive program offered by Rep Express Catering & Events, 400 Saint Andrews, or Plantation at Greenville Country Club.

Venue Customers

Venue Customers are defined as customers who receive any combination of services from Rep Express Catering & Events which are provided 100% through on-site service at one of Rep Express Catering & Events operated venues. There is no restriction on the amount of venue events provided, nor the number of individuals served or types of service items purchased. The only restriction for being categorized as a Venue Customer is to receive 100% of your service item(s) at a Rep Express Catering & Events operated venue. Service purchases do not expire and cannot be transferred to any other E- Tip customer. E-Tip rewards cannot be used in combination with any other discount, offer, or incentive program offered by Rep Express Catering & Events, 400 Saint Andrews, or Plantation at Greenville Country Club.

Combination Customers

Combination Customers are defined as customers who receive any combination of services from Rep Express Catering and Events which are provided through delivery or venue event methods. There is no restriction on the amount of deliveries or venue events provided, nor the number of individuals served or types of services items purchased. The only restriction for being categorized as a Combination Customer is to receive your service item(s) delivered to a location(s) of your choosing off- site and from event(s) provided at Rep Express Catering & Events operated venues. Service purchases do not expire and cannot be transferred to any other E-Tip customer. E-Tip rewards cannot be used in combination with any other discount, offer, or incentive program offered by Rep Express Catering & Events, 400 Saint Andrews, or Plantation at Greenville Country Club.

Combination Customer Reward Threshold to Receive E-Tip - $5000 in service purchases (does not include tax or gratuity)

Honeymoon Customers

Honeymoon Customers are defined as customers who receive any combination of services from Rep Express Catering & Events which are provided 100% through on-site service at one of Rep Express Catering & Events operated venues. There is no restriction on the amount of venue events provided, nor the number of individuals served or types of service items purchased. The only restriction for being categorized as a Honeymoon Customer is to reserve the entire venue at one of Rep Express Catering & Events operated venue(s) and pay 100% of the weekend entire venue rental fee at time of contract execution. E-Tip rewards cannot be used in combination with any other discount, offer, or incentive program offered by Rep Express Catering & Events, 400 Saint Andrews, or Plantation at Greenville Country Club.

Honeymoon Customer Reward Threshold to Receive E-Tip - $Entire Weekend Venue Rental paid in full at time of contract execution (does not include tax or gratuity)

Cruise certificates need to be registered within 45 days, and should be sent in with a $19 per person registration fee. Certificates are valid for 18 months. Most cruises are with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, or other major cruise lines. Cruise line selection depends on several variables including but not limited to: port of departure, travel dates, and cruise itinerary. Upgrades such as an ocean view room, balcony room, and extended cruise, bringing children or traveling with another couple are available upon request for a reasonable additional charge. E-Tip customers can choose any of the following destinations: Mexico, the Bahamas or the Western Caribbean. E-Tip customers choose from the following Ports of Departure: Los Angeles, Galveston, New Orleans, Port Canaveral and Miami. Cruise Certificate recipients through E-Tip are responsible for all port charges, taxes, and fees of $39.60 per day/per person, ($189). E-Tip rewards cannot be used in combination with any other discount, offer, or incentive program offered by Rep Express Catering & Events, 400 Saint Andrews, or Plantation at Greenville Country Club. However, Cruise Certificates are fully transferable and can be donated to a local charitable organization, golf tournament, school or a fundraising effort in your community. Cruise Certificates cannot be auctioned off or sold.
